How to reset the caretaker or nurse's password?
To perform a “password reset” for staff members (caretaker/nurse):
1- Go to the “caretakers” tab or the “Nurses” tab in the main navigation bar
2- Choose a caretaker/nurse by clicking on the picture or clicking on the “i” sign under the picture icon and the name
3- At the bottom of the screen, click on “Reset password”
1- Then a new password will be sent via SMS to the phone defined in the system. We emphasize that it is necessary to make sure that the number is correct. This is a temporary password! You have to log into the computer/application in order to exchange it within 4 hours. (If you haven’t done this – you need to reset the password)
2- To finish “password reset” for the caretaker – enter the application and follow the steps
3- To finish “reset nurse password” you must enter the system from your computer, with the password received in the SMS and follow the instructions
How do you add a new resident?
If the system is connected to Paradigm, click here for an explanation of how to add the resident to Better Care.
If not, you can add a resident manually:
- Click on the “Resident” button in the top bar.
- Click on the “Create a new resident” button
- Fill in all the details and save.
How to clear cache/data/Data/Cache
In the event that the application does not work or you are unable to connect to the system from the computer, it may be a problem with data saved on the computer or phone.
To clear the saved information, follow a few simple steps shown in the videos:
