The BetterCare solution for institutions has been adapted in collaboration with Rubinstein Estates to enable tracking the condition of residents in assisted living. The new solution allows the professional team of the assisted living facility to manage a personalized monitoring plan for each resident according to their condition, whether temporary or permanent. Residents returning from the hospital receive more comprehensive support from the professional team, as do residents with a new caregiver or those about to be assigned one. Additionally, residents who have experienced grief or family trauma are supported by the assisted living team, with perfect coordination between staff members, family members when necessary, and the resident.
