We have been using Bettercare for a year now and I just love this software. It was time to go digital for a long time now but we could not find a software that will be friendly enough to engage our caregivers who do not control the language and our nurses who have basic digital skills.
Our reporting levels have gone dramatically up, the accuracy of reporting has gone up and the nurses get the information they need in real time. Bettercare makes it much easier for us to provide the best care possible to our residents.

We are using Bettercare in 6 of our units – 4 nursing units and 2 dementia care.
Our team loves this product. It is super easy and all of our caregivers are on it. We have managed to eliminate most of the paperwork in the units thanks to Bettercare. Instead of looking for information, our nurses get information about problems of care on the main screen. Care levels are up, our nurses spend less time feeding data and more time with the residents and our caregivers love to report. Friction between staff members is over as they have the work allocation right in hand at the beginning of every shift and they follow the task list without arguing. I think this product is brilliant and it definitely helps us provide BetterCare.
